Delivery Costs

UK
Orders under £50 = £5.50

Orders over £50 = Free Shipping 

NORTHERN IRELAND 
Orders under £50 = £5.50
Orders £50 and Over = £15.00

REST OF WORLD (excluding EU)
Deliveries to all other countries are a Flat Fee of £15.00 with a  Maximum Spend of £500.00.

If you require a bulk order with a total value over £500.00, please contact us for a shipping quotation.

Delivery Timescales

Orders will be processed within 1-5 days of receiving payment and sent out using the chosen shipping method.

In the event of a product going out of stock during your order process we will refund the items which are missing.

Bear in mind these products are handmade, so there may sometimes be delays with some products due to delays with me receiving the raw ingredients. In the event of this occurring, we will always contact you to update you.

Stripe Payments

HW Natural Beauty uses the 3rd party payment platform, Stripe, the Stripe API, and in conjunction, your Stripe account to process credit and debit card transactions.

Refunds/Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. In the event you wish to return the products this will be at a cost to you and we take no responsibility for missing parcels on their return. Products must be in their original packaging and unopened to prevent cross contamination.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we feel the products have been used in any way.

Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase for a refund to be considered. We unfortunately don’t offer exchanges, or refund for dissatisfaction of a product. Refunds will go onto the card which was used when you made your purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges.

If you could give a reason why they were not suitable as well as your details so we can confirm receipt of your return. Please always include a letter giving your name, address, customer number if possible, email address and daytime telephone number.

Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we strongly recommend you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office as we are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.

Missing/Damaged goods

Claims for missing or damaged goods must be made within 48hrs of receiving. If your are returning damaged goods you must inform us so we can assign a reference number for you to put in your order. After an inspection we will decide if a refund is applicable.

Time off/holidays

HW Natural Beauty is a small family run business, there may be times where the online shop has a pause on it to prevent orders being processed. This will be likely if we are on a family holiday etc.
